The Position:
The role of Contractor Sales is integral to our organization. We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to specializing in window and door sales. The role requires a high level of professionalism and leadership.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing their own leads, quotes, and sales processes. You will leverage your knowledge to maximize sales and company growth. (Yikes, so serious right?!)
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven sales experience and demonstrated success is preferred (previous Window and Door knowledge is a huge asset)
- Prior experience accurately measuring and projecting quotes
- Related industry knowledge is an asset
- Ability to organize and plan time effectively
- Ability to manage leads, quotes and sales processes
- The ability to provide exceptional face to face customer service while determining customer’s needs.
- Exceptional communication
- A great attitude will earn you extra points!
