Responsibilities would include:
- Preparation of final year end package for clients
- Efiling of tax returns and other filings
- Scanning of documents and records
- Electronic filing
- Occasional reception and switchboard coverage
- General administrative functions
Competencies required:
- Demonstrate strong, positive relationships with fellow Team Members and clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
